1) Perform 3 Iron Mile sets.

3) Perform 4 sets.

Parallel Pause Squat x5 Show

4) Perform 4 sets.

5) Perform 2 sets.

Rower Lunges x12 (each leg) Show

6) Perform 3 sets using the 28 Method.
